Sponsors Needed for Adult Confirmation Candidates

St. Elizabeth parish has a large group of adults in the RCIA/Adult Confirmation program preparing to receive sacraments this spring. Some of these candidates do not have a sponsor. If you would be willing to support them as they prepare, and stand with them when they receive their sacraments, contact Cary Laird at [email protected] for more information.

Sacraments will be administered in April and May depending on individual circumstances.

Sponsors must be at least 16 years of age, must have received baptism, first communion and confirmation, and must be actively practicing their faith by living according to the moral teachings and precepts of  the Church. If the sponsor is married, the marriage must be recognized by the Church.
